treating for lower back pain, I have had several visits and procedures. It all goes very well. Friendly and well informed. Office people are very nice and nurses are exceptional.
Dr Andrew is knowledgeable and very professional.
Dr. Andrew is about to do a third surgery on me in 10 years of seeing him. The 2 previous surgeries, one on the neck, and one on the lower back, exceeded the estimated results. His professionalism, and expertise, along with my following instructions to the letter, contributed to their success. Dr. Andrew and his staff regularly exceed the 5 star rating.
Wait time was reasonable and we covered a lot of information + my history of lumbar problems in a very brief time frame. I got Xrays, answers to my questions, a PT referral and meds, and scheduled a follow up. I found Dr. Andrew easy to understand and pleasant. His staff was very helpful and efficient. Would recommend....
Quick checkin, very short wait in both waiting room and exam room. Nurse was friendly, polite and thorough. Doctor was polite informative and a great listener. Excellent exp every visit.
Dr Shane Andrew has been my husband and my's surgeon for the past 12 years. He has done an incredible job w both of us. We had both had previous failed surgeries that he was able to correct. Neither one of us could be happier than the care and compassion received by him. Thank u Dr Andrew.

I had kyphoplasty for a fractured vertebrae, but the disk had collapsed nearly all the way by the time of my surgery and was not successful. He told me I should not have waited so long to decide I wanted the surgery. I went to the DOC clinic 9 days after my injury. He referred me to Dr. Andrew, but his office didn't call me. I called them. Their first appointment was 5 days later. At that appointment, he discussed an MRI but I had to have PT first. He told me it would heal on its own in a few months.
