I have been going to Dr Andrew for several years. He has replaced a hip and did 3 back surgeries on me.I am in the process of possible knee replacement and neck surgery. I have complete confidence in him. He sits down and explains everything, drawing out what he will be doing. Just before going into surgery, he comes and talks to me.
My wife surgery was scheduled in November it was denied we asked why insurance said that they (doctors office) did not provide the information. Now here it is again March the surgery was again denied We had to find out from insurance because this clown show never bothered to call us and let us know they did not do what was expected This makes me question this surgeon and the staffs ability So this constant pain months of PT and injections meanwhile this surgery was suggested by other surgeons including this one that can’t se... read more
I was contacted by staff and asked if I wanted to take an earlier appointment that had been cancelled. I was promised "extra time and attention" from Dr. Andrew, because I have multiple and serious spinal issues. I checked in promptly on time as requested (8:45 for a 9:00 appt.) and sat down to wait. I was referred to this DR; I have had shoulder and neck problems for some time and the pain had become so bad I could sleep or work without intense pain. He never lifted a finger to physically examine me. He took a good history and lots of X-rays. He offered me Baclofen-I'm not sure what that was going to do. I suppose giving me a pain killer would have killed him. Then he sent me to Physical therapy withought knowing what was wrong, which exacerbated my problem. Bottom line I diagnosed myself. He is absolutely a waste of time and money. I'm looking forward to reviewing the bill they send to Medicaid. I have no faith in his diagnosis. My conclusion is now after reading his online reviews, and my experience, I am very concerned about receiving any results. Again, Medicaid will be billed hundreds of dollars for a 5-minute review of my history that I give him every time we meet and he has no idea who I am. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied. I went to get help on my lower back they took x-rays and the doctor said go to physical therapy give me no pain pills nothing and come back in four weeks. The next day I went to St. Luke’s ortho doctor in Boise, he took x-rays saw what the problem was gave me steroids and a painkiller and also suggested physical therapy.

Doesn’t care about his patients. Horrible bedside manner. The staff he has working for him is rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Dr. Andrew is great. The office staff is not. I was told in October by Dr. Andrew that, if after my diagnostic injection (takes about 2 weeks), I was a good candidate for surgery, I would be able to get into surgery by the end of November. Now after my injection, the staff won't even get me into an appt. til December. I am very frustrated with this process and the front desk staff.

very poor bedside manner, treated me as if I were just another smuck on the street. Had me doing movements with my neck ( one of the reasons I went in ) and in doing so I watched him not even watching me , he was to busy writing a prescription for therapy I'm guessing. Not impressed at all. Total waste of time and money
