Communication. We hardly talked to Shane he had us dealing with somebody else and they didn't seem to communicate with Shane so there was alot of confusion and seemed like they didn't know what was going on

I am old school. Calling instead of texting. And letting me come to the office would have been nice. And also, letting me use the extra money for repairs on the house would be nice.

One thing would have been Shane not sending out information to my realtor about my credit score and loan information. Also the closing cost issue was crazy. I understand costs change so you may not know exact amount but should be able to have a rough estimate and that kept changing and always getting calls need more money for close. Shane was not very responsive, and failed to meet deadlines during the process. He blamed it on my husband, stating that we did not answer a phone call, which was false. When we got close to our closing day, we still were not cleared to close due to our information still being in underwriting. Our realtor and the title company had a very hard time getting updates and information from Shane. The sellers agent got involved, and Shane threatened to close our file.
