Overall, Shannon was great to work with and helped me close the loan in less than 25 days. She was very clear about the documentation that was needed, and she responded very quickly to my questions. The reason I’m not giving her 5 stars, however, is that after I completed a loan application and asked her to lock the rate, she first came back with a new GFE that had higher lender fees associated with it.
