Shannon and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were able to work with a different employment situation, and funds to close. The absolute best part was when the opportunity arose to close 6 days early on a holiday weekend no less they all pulled together and made it happen. A shout out also to DeeDee for her patience with my file and getting everything done in the short time before the holiday. I would recommend to everyone!

Our loan was a bit unusual and I mad a couple of mistakes in initially deciding how to vest the property but Shannon, DeeDee and Kaira were very patient, professional and helpful throughout! That all were personable and pleasant was a terrific bonus! Shannon understood my particular situation and quickly laid a path to achieving success with our loan and they finished with time to spare!
