Overall, Shannon was great to work with and helped me close the loan in less than 25 days. She was very clear about the documentation that was needed, and she responded very quickly to my questions. The reason I’m not giving her 5 stars, however, is that after I completed a loan application and asked her to lock the rate, she first came back with a new GFE that had higher lender fees associated with it. Shannon Eney was very helpful. She sent me 3 Good Faith Estimates and went over each with great detail. Shannon explained to me the recent changes in mortgage regulations and how they affect mortgage loans. (very good to know). Their website has a lot of good information and videos too. Be very careful dealing with Shannon Eney. Shannon seems nice but has proven, on more than one occasion, to be unethical and misleading in her communication and dealings. She has proven to be an aggressive mortgage broker who will take advantage of you. You get a fake smooth façade but underneath there is a lot of garbage when dealing with her. She has fraudulently withdrawn a larger money from my account when I gave authorization for a much smaller amount and then stopped answering my calls and emails. Buyer beware!

Proactive management of my loan processing, accurate paperwork processing, a sense of urgency and care for time sensitive matters, timely communication and updates. I had to escalate at least 10 times to get responses. I would never recommend anyone get a loan through your company again. I sent a complaint to Costco in order to get someone to attend to my time sensitive timeline for closing.
