Proactive management of my loan processing, accurate paperwork processing, a sense of urgency and care for time sensitive matters, timely communication and updates. I had to escalate at least 10 times to get responses. I would never recommend anyone get a loan through your company again. I sent a complaint to Costco in order to get someone to attend to my time sensitive timeline for closing. Had a lot of difficulty with the underwriters. The amount of financial documentation required for the loan was accesseive. Additionally, there were several times I was asked to provide one type of document then was told it was not acceptable and had to resubmit different documents. Frustrating

I had one of the most horrible experience with this agent and with Mutual of Omaha as whole. I am not sure how Costco has them as preferred lender. By far, worst customer service experience; I had to escalate the issue to regional manager since this agent was not responding to my call or emails. I would never recommend Mutual of Omaha or this agent to any person. Initially they give you the best rate, but then mid transaction, they present you with tones of problems.
