This is a stressful process and honestly even well educated people like myself don’t understand it very well. So we rely on verbal communication and clarification with the professionals. When we are told “you need to bring $211k to the table at closing” that’s what I expect. But the addition closing costs were not in that estimate. Thankfully we are blessed enough to have had the extra funds available without sacrificing too much so we could still proceed with closing on our dream home.
We have worked with Shannon 3 times now, that says a lot right there. Our experience with the whole team has always been perfect.
Shannon's service was exemplary. Whether it is evening or the weekend, she is always available. Her friendly demeanor and confidence was extremely comforting through the entire process. I never met Shannon or anyone in her team but they still made us feel like they were right next to us throughout. Shannon and her entire team was excellent and deserves 5/5 stars.
Working with Shannon was an absolute pleasure. All questions and concerns were always handled quickly, she is always professional but still makes you feel like a great family friend. Shannon and her team made everything super easy at times when everything seemed so overwhelming.
