Shannon is very good in taking care of her clients. She kept us up to date on the current interest. The loan and closing process was quick thanks to Shannon and her associates.
Shannon is extremely knowledgeable PLUS very responsive (a few times, she has answered my calls and texts while on vacation overseas!). I've just gone thru my 3rd loan with her, and I'll continue going thru her and Finance of America. (And I did try and go thru another lender once before, just to see what it's like with someone else - and it was awful!) 10/10 Highly recomend!

Shannon first helped my family on november 2018 after we lost our home and everything we owned to the campfire in paradise california. Shannon pretty much worked a mircle for our family and helped us to purchase a new home just a month after the fire! She recently helped again to refinance 6 months later.
