Shannon and her team were very responsive to our requests, and nimble to make adjustments or analyze alternative approaches as we came with questions. My only critique is that some in the office could be more clear in their email correspondence (including simple proofreading of messages) to make sure we (as noobs) are providing the appropriate information. Overall, a great experience. Shannon knows her stuff and finds a way to make it happen.
