Shannon was a wonderful person to work with. She responded immediately when we had any questions or concerns. I have been dealing with Shannon since 2010 when I was getting a loan to buy a house. I had try other loan company that wasn't great so I left. Shannon is the absolute best lender out there! I highly recommend her! She is extremely professional and goes out of her way to make sure to give her customers the service they deserve. My mom has used her for all of her purchases and my brother just used her to buy his home a couple of months ago and he raved about what a great job she did! I am extremely impressed by her work ethic and devotion to her clients and profession!
Shannon has helped me to both buy my home and later refinance it. She did a good job of showing me my options and walking me through the pros and cons so I could make the best decision for my family.
