Shannon was great overall, except for 2 critical mistakes that should have wrecked the entire deal. 1) First, after telling him that we only had $8-12k to close, he told me that the closing costs would be $13-14. It was actually $15k. 2 )He told us that w/ a conventional loan that the underwriters don't care where "the money" comes from, but they DID in fact care where the money came from and wanted to see bank statements from our biz account.
