Communication among all lines could have been much better. Had to repeat the same things numerous times. There was a great delay in the appraisal. Misspellings in the paper work. Closing was completed though in approx 5 weeks.

We loved dealing with Shannon however when the loan application left his department and rolled over to the mortgage underwriter we had issues with Churchill contacting our insurance company requesting they change our flood zone from an X to an A. Churchill did not keep us informed of what they were doing and we did not agree with the advice they gave our insurance company. We also would have liked to have known what was going on instead of hearing it on the back end from our insurance agent.

Review is not based on the service that Shannon Longjohn personally gave. He did a great job giving personal attention and returning correspondence. However, the overall process of finalizing the loan took much longer than expected. The underwriting process seemed more prolongated than it should have been. Too many delays. Requested additional documentation three different times across three weeks.
