I was very satisfied with service provided by Shannon. However, other areas of Mutual of Omaha were constantly asking for additional paperwork causing the completion of Refi to take much longer than necessary. It took almost two months to complete all the Additional paperwork.

Shannon was great overall and was on point with answering questions and clearing up some of the items we were confused on. The ability to call, text and email Shannon was great as it gave us a lot of flexibility with communications. There seemed to be a lack of communication between Shannon and his team which seemed to delay the refinance, but I feel it was understandable given the sheer amount of refinances these guys are dealing with in the middle of the pandemic. A+ for Omaha, great rates!
