Shannon communicated well and was professional, but we had to pay for a dishonest appraisal that Mutual of Omaha refused to reconsider despite us having another appraisal from less than three months previous showing a significantly higher value. This dishonest appraisal derailed our cash out refinance and we had to settle for a higher interest rate and paying mortgage insurance.
