Overall very efficient and straightforward lender to work with. Their staff is great. I worked with staff members who were very responsive and helpful. The underwriting took a bit longer than what I expected but overall everything went well and They helped me refinance my mortgage and get a better rate. They also used electronic collection of documents and signatures which I liked a lot. Thanks to Guaranteed rate and the team.

Working with Shant and his team was seamless from the very beginning. They answered all our questions and made the process very simple and easy with everything being online, docusign, and communication through text or email.
