I’ve known Shant for a long time and have done a number of transactions with him through the years. Each have gone consistently more smoothly than the last. I recently purchased a home, and Shant and his team helped me through the entire process. Shant always kept my best interest in mind. This was a complicated process because the house purchase was a new construction with a 6 month lead time. Shant made sure that I secured the best rate possible the entire time. We began working with Shant and his team after another lender was unable to meet the closing date. Within a day, Shant and his team gave us a competitive rate, ordered an appraiser and assured us that we would be on track for our closing. We had a few more curveballs thrown in during the process, but the team was amazing in dealing with my anxiety re: those curveballs. We closed on time and with no issues.
