It was a good and smooth experience. The only thing I didn’t like was that it took more time than expected and given time.

My disability case was handled very well however, when I reached out to get some advice after my employment was terminated things have changed. I have emailed and/or called several times over a number of weeks and have yet to hear if anyone has looked at my situation. I now feel like I have been left hanging. Very disappointing.
