I have found the associates I’ve dealt with to be easy to talk to. Understanding and helpful. My claim was for mental health issues and as much as society has accepted and supportred the insurance companies and many employers have not. Its clear the insurance companies and the lawyers have some kind of mutual agreement. The insurance companies don't pay put full settlements, Lawyers make some money and client gets a little pay off to keep them happy. Bit of a pseudo-racket if you ask me but you get something. I would not recommend if you have a very very seal proof case against an insurance company and you are 100% you would get 100 %.
