Shaun himself went out of his way to meet up with us in person upon our arrival from out of state so that loan documents could be signed and submitted before the early financial institutional shut down in mid December. This exceptional business performance made for quickly expediting our new home closure because that we were having to live out of our suitcases.

Shawn took total control and did what he said he would do.He came out to the house took down our information, told us what the next step was and did it! We were told by someone else that it would take 45 days . Shawn said he could do it in about 30,and the people we were buying from wanted to be done in 30. Oh did I mention Shawn saved us money!!
