Shaun and his people were Great! But not too happy with the service from the corporate office in Utah. They mail out statements on the 18th and if the 18th falls on the weekend it gets mailed the following Monday. Don’t you think it’s kind of hard to receive the statement by around the 25th and turn around and send a payment back by the 1st of the month from NAshville to Utah???? Especially when your is due on the 1st. . Doesn’t really make sense. .🙄🙄 If you you feel like contacting me feel free

I would have like to have seen more initiative to get a better rate after locokonh in due to “anticipated rising rates” based on experts. I initiated the request and believe it wouldn’t have been lowered had I not. I wanted to pay an additional cash payment down roughly 3 days before closing. I would have liked to have had a more transparent explanation giving me the choice to pay more and possibly delay closing or not. Instead I was informed my request would not be allowed by the gov’t.
