Shauna was very helpful and patient. She answered all question we had, even thought we asked many of them over and over again. She got us the lowest interest rate as possible and made our first purchase so easy and smooth. Recently we contacted her and wanted to know what our options are, since we want to upgrade to a bigger home. She was really helpful and now we can not wait to found our dream home.

Shauna took what can be somewhat painful process and made it easy, and dare I even say fun. She was helpful, knowledgable and very easy to work with. She was very patient through our house search, and was ready to go when we finally had an accepted offer. She was able to move our process through in less than 30 days and we are forever grateful.

Shauna did a great job of making the loan process smooth and comfortable. She got us pre-approved immediately and this allowed us to sneak an offer in when another one fell through and gave the seller assurance that our contract would not fall through. She worked seamlessly with our realtor and together they pulled the deal together on our new home. I will definitely use Shauna again!
