I sent some paperwork repeatedly, some Checks twice, even replied to an email asking questions about information that was in the exact email already. Exact example Sent in copied and pasted transfer amounts and dates, was then asked for bank statements with all of those (which I understand) I got all the statements and highlighted the transfers, sent those in and in the email I sent them in for a response asking for the dates of the transfers..
