What made it great was finding a lender that could solve our timing problem with closing. It is an off grid property and there were some sticky points and the seller was anxious to have property sold ASAP; he had a cash offer waiting in the wings. On Q worked through all of that and I did not have to concern myself with those details. Furthermore, I am moving to this property from out of state, so it just helped us feel more welcome overall and reduced our anxiety over the process.
