Shawn Richard and his team at Gateway are fantastic! He came highly recommended from my realtor and now I know why. Shawn gets right down to business so as not to waste time and lose out on a good rate. He's extremely professional and takes the time to explain all the options available - both pros and cons of each. While the uploading of all the documents is a bit time consuming, in the end, it results in a faster process. There are no surprises when working with Shawn. I'll be recommending him to others.
