Being self employed, obtaining a mortgage refinance can be quite difficult but Shawn and his team made it incredibly simple to work through, they were very informative and worked diligently to make the process successful. As a first time home buyer, a lot of things are unclear for me but I got good help from Shawn about my questions. The whole process is pretty fine except a few little things that required to clarify with other parties such as some documentation provided by Title company. Overall, I really appreciate his service on my loan process.
