Shawn was Just as good to us on the refinance as he was on the initial purpose. There was some confusion through the process but it wasn’t his fault. Shawn thoroughly explained every step of the process. I wish the Shawn had the time to train the rest of the world on how to conduct business and take care of the customer.

Shawn helped me refinance my home from a 5to1 ARM into a 30 year fixed. He was very proactive on watching the rates and locking me in whenever the rates were low.
