I didn't appreciate being asked for the same document on multiple occasions, nor did I appreciate being asked for documents that do not exist. I didn't like that final closing was pushed because items were being asked for after the scheduled closing date. When I did speak with Shawn he was very informative and helpful, my grievance is more so with the Processor, Amber. However, I was not pleased with the interest rate at the end of the day, I wish there was better communication on what I could have done to keep it low.

Shawn was very responsive and worked late into the night to get original preapproval as I had to make an offer immediately. One issue was they waited until 2 days before the close to tell me there was a 3 day gap in employment that would disqualify me from a jumbo loan so I had to secure almost $100k overnight for additional downpayment which was quite frustrating.

Dustin and I had a long conversation about the concerns with the service that my fiancé and I received. My service with Dustin during our initial conversation was great. My service with Shawn was not as great. He was available if we had questions but was not proactive on advising when forms would be received, if they were final forms, information on what the forms were etc. Also we received our final disclosure the day of closing about 15 mins to our set our closing date.
