The entire process. Pryor to working with Shawn, we had tried to refinance with a few other banks. A couple of them assured us the loans would go through only to find out after we spent time and money, we were denied the loan. Shawn was straight forward. We told him what we were looking to do, he checked into everything before we spent a dime and said "Everything should be fine". Very professional a delight to work with. Other banks dragged the loan process on for weeks, one even months.
