Shawn was very helpful, never pushy, but always ready to help. He made the process so simple. He was able to answer all my questions and he didn’t just direct me to someone else; he got the answer for me. He was also very kind and seemed authentic, not a “salesman,” but genuinely wanted to do the best he could. I’m grateful for his help.

Shawn was completely transparent about all information from the first conversation to close. He made sure I understood the process, offered to be there for any questions I had along the way, and promised I would not be shuffled around from department to department and he would provide complete continuity - personally- until the loan closed. He came through on all of that. It was truly one of the most positive experiences I have had with purchasing anything, and the best for a mortgage! Thanks!!

this our second time we have had our mortgage processed by Shawn Wright at Mutual of Omaha. The first time Shawn contacted us which was a couple of years ago, then our mortgage was sold to another company a yr later. Recently I have been qualified for a rate reduction and bombarded by many company's. After speaking with a few of them I was only comfortable with placing my trust that I had gained in Shawn Wright so I made reached out to him and now we processed the new mortgage. thanks, Shawn
