This is my second refinance with this company, and the reason why I came back was because of Shawn Wright truthful character, constant communication and his work ethics. Shawn Wright went out of his way to get this refi for me, it wasn't going to go through but Shawn came up with the cash out option which still lowered my interest rate and my monthly payment as well as paid off credit cards and a loan, whenever I emailed him he always promptly responded and if I called he always made himself available, the best communication I've had with a mortgage specialist, Shawn me feel like a old friend!, I feel he is a major asset to Mutual of Omaha mortgage co. !!!!!!
