We this company for our first homebuying experience. Our lender was Jennifer Pollard and I would highly recommend. I’m not one to leave reviews but this woman right here deserves one. Prior to working with Shelby, we were dealing with a large bank for our new mortgage and it was an exercise in frustration at literally every step. Then our realtor introduced us to Shelby, who managed to guide us through the process quickly and painlessly. Shelby was proactive in letting us know what the next steps were, and was responsive to our questions. Other times, it's his knowledge and patience in helping my clients through what can sometimes be a very difficult process of buying a home.
