Shelby is very good person& he held "Our Hand" throughout the entire process. Even though I felt so tired from working so much, on my job. Just speaking with him, or receiving an e-mail, Made me feel encouraged to get to the finish line. Sometimes, I felt a little unsure. Any questions "We" had, Shelby was right there with the answers. If "We "had to go through this process again, without any hesitation. We would certainly contact Shelby, &his team again.
