Shelby is awesome! I’ve had bad experiences in the past where I can’t reach my mortgage representative…or they simply refuse to respond to my messages. Shelby is the opposite. He always answers my emails and texts in a timely manner, he’s always very pleasant to speak with, and extremely knowledgeable about mortgages in the mortgage process. I will certainly do business with Shelby again in the future!!
