Shelby really held my hand throughout the process. Attentive to my needs, very professional never lost his optimism even when we faced challenges. He was always there with either a nudge to stay on board , focus on the end result or lending a listening ear to my venting when things got frustrating and the MORTGAGE PROCESS is full of those moments especially in the middle of a pandemic that no one was expecting. Shelby is awesome! I’ve had bad experiences in the past where I can’t reach my mortgage representative…or they simply refuse to respond to my messages. Shelby is the opposite. He always answers my emails and texts in a timely manner, he’s always very pleasant to speak with, and extremely knowledgeable about mortgages in the mortgage process. I will certainly do business with Shelby again in the future!!
