This was my first home buying experience. I knew nothing and Shelby made it so incredibly easy. He took the time to explain everything about the home buying experience and never once made me feel too needy. I also can't explain how good he is at staying in contact. Over this entire process I only heard his voicemail ONCE. And he returned that call within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Shelby! He's one of the best.
