Mr Monaghan went over and above in helping myself and my husband. He explained everything in detail and there was never a surprise with anything upcoming . We were truly in jeopardy of loosing our house from my medical bills. He was very understanding and gave us many options, never pushed in anyway. I would recommend anyone struggling to hold on to their home to call him. He can really help you. I never thought we would get back on top but here we are almost a year later. Shelby was excellent to work with. Very patience and knowledgable. He continued to keep me posted of status throughout the refinance purpose. Dealing with Shelby Monaghan was the best experience I have ever had in financing anything! House, car, loan, anything! He was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so understanding.
