Front office staff outstanding. Very professional, yet personable. Everyone I interacted with was a cut above. How refreshing and enjoyable.

Everyone from checking in to checking out was very friendly and patient. Dr. Nelson explained everything well and told me about the different choices that applied to me.
The entire staff was helpful, informative, and attentive. Professional is the operative description of their service. Although I hope I never have to repeat the procedure, Dr. Shelby Nelson would be my first and only call. I also want to give a shoutout to Amber, who excels at her job as assistant to Dr. Shelby.

Very professional with no waiting.I had two dental implants placed as well as a bone graft.Staff was very helpful and friendly.Dr.Nelson very skilled in her work.On the afternoon after the surgery Dr.Nelson personally called to check on me.Would definitely recommend this practice!
