Every staff member in Dr. Nelson’s office is professional, friendly and fantastic. It’s the happiest office that I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Nelson is amazing and an excellent surgeon. Whenever I walk into the office I know I’ll be getting the best care and treatment possible. I have full confidence in these wonderful people. Thank you all for caring.
Had gingival recession procedure done a week ago. Dr Nelson and her staff are so professional and friendly. Recovery has been awesome. My son kept telling me about his friends having this problem and their recovery was awful. So much so he checked on me every day and couldn’t believe how well I was doing. I went back for a one week checkup today. Dr Nelson said I was progressing nicely. I could eat again. I have been using my mouth guard when I eat just to be safe. I only took 3 painkillers and really didn’t need but one.... read more

From beginning to end a wonderfully friendly staff. Really great rapport builders in Rosie and Ashley. Dr Nelson is penultimately professional, knowledgeable, and, thorough. I could not have been more comfortably examined. Dr Nelson talked things over with me about the results in a way it was helpful for me to understand. Can’t praise the office more highly.
I went in for an implant and couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Her office is awesome and has the feel of being at home. The entire staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Shelby Nelson and her staff. Everyone treats me with kindness makes sure I am always comfortable. I kind of feel like a minor celebrity whenever I go there. I know I am in good hands and my oral health has improved over the time I have been a patient.
I was very apprehensive about an implant to replace my current tooth. The entire group were very attentive and caring. Dr. Nelson is very confident in her capabilities and so is her staff. Very good experience!
