Outstanding practice, great patient services, and care! Highly recommend! Very welcoming atmosphere!
Every thing was good including the personnel, except my appointment was set for 1pm and when I tried to check in they said it was for 1:30 even though my appointment card said 1: so I had to wait an hour to be seen. Other than that it was fine.
My dentist referred me for further evaluation of a jaw, discomfort and pain. All the staff was extremely professional. After reviewing all of the data from scans, it was decided that I needed to be referred to a neurologist. I would highly recommend them and would go back in a heartbeat
Dr Nelson and her assistant Kelsey were as gentle as they could be and helped me feel at ease through the procedure.
Dr.Shelby DeMayo and staff were all wonderful, kind and comforting to me from the first day of my consultation, answering all my questions, and concerns. Today was my procedure/ surgery as I was very nervous, afraid with some anxiety I prayed.. and they let me know they would take good care of me with no to little pain of which made me very feel so much better at ease! Thank you all for the EXCELLENT care! I will tell all my friends and family! 🙏
A pleasant experience, considering I was going in for gum surgery. The staff welcomed me as if I were part of their family.. Dr Nelson is kind and her professionalism is top notch. I knew I was in good hands. I was well informed during the procedure and I felt extremely comfortable.
