If I could leave 100 stars, I would! I contacted the office because I had another appointment with an oral surgeon. The surgeon didn’t provide any alternative treatments and left me nervous and frightened. From the first telephone call…. The lady listened to my concerns (even though I wasn’t a patient) and connected me to someone to schedule an appointment! The person that scheduled my appointment said “How soon can you get here. I am so glad I found Custom Periodontics and Dr. Nelson. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable from the time I walked through the doors until my visit was finished. Dr. Nelson and her staff provided a comprehensive exam and pointed out areas of concern, but also areas that looked good. I appreciate that she spoke to me and not at me (those with dental issues will probably understand that better). I would/will definitely recommend this office.
The staff was utterly amazing. Very friendly. My appointment started promptly and was thorough. I was given the opportunity to explain my situation without interruption and they provided valuable feedback. I felt heard and valued. I would highly recommend this location and provider to anyone without hesitation. Wonderful job! 🤎
I loved my experience in this office. The staff that I encountered were professional and personable. Amber and the doctor made me feel comfortable and addressed any and lol concerns I had. I brought my son with me due to an early appointment. They interacted with him and even left him with a parting gift that he loves!
I am so happy and pleased with Dr Shelby Nelson and all her team. They are amazing human beings, they greet you with a smile right when you walk in and are very professional. I felt in great hands with them. Thank you ladies!
