This was just my second visit to Dr. Nelson's office after being with another office for almost 30 years. Anne was very professional and kind during my cleaning and exam. I am enjoying being a patient of Dr. Nelson and look forward to a long-term relationship with her office.
This office is awesome all the way around! The entire staff is kind, caring and friendly. They make you feel like family. Dr. Nelson is patient and gentle, and she takes the time to explain everything that you need to know about any problems you are having and what treatment she recommends. And she lets you know everything she is doing while she is she is working on you. I confidently recommend this office to everyone!!
I had a gingival gum graft yesterday. I realized, during the surgery, that I was in incredibly skilled and compassionate hands. Dr Nelson and her staff have my complete trust!
The staff and Doctor were extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, the best Medical Office I have been into in a long-time, old-school mentality with a 21st century attitude! These ladies ROCK!
Dr.Nelson and her staff were very warm and personable. She explained everything carefully and made things easy to understand. I was very nervous about my visit but Dr.Nelson did not make me feel pressured or judged in any way. Overall a very pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend her for your periodontal needs!
I had as great of an oral surgery experience one can have. I’m a big chicken when it comes to dentistry, and Dr. Nelson and the entire staff were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. The post-op guidance was educational and informative. I left with great confidence in my treatment plan and my ability to follow the post-op instructions.
I was referred by my dentist for evaluation/biopsy - Dr. Nelson and her staff were immediately responsive! Rosie, Ashley, Amber all greeted me with kindness and compassion. Dr.Nelson was patient, clear and concise in her explanations. The biopsy went fast and now we await results. Thank you all!
Dr Nelson removed a broken tooth and placed a titanium implant for me. Dr Nelson thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I learned that extracting a healthy but broken tooth wasn’t as easy as I thought. Her staff was friendly and very efficient in getting me into the system and then prepped for surgery. 1st visit she answered all questions. Polite, concerned with your feeling. 2. IV Sedation was quick. I was worried but shouldn't have. She complete the surgery quickly. Little pain and your feeling yourself the next day. Follow her directions and you'll be just fine. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Nelson and team.
