Shelley, my agent, was amazing. She handled all of my concerns and talked me through everything with competence and professionalism. The partners used in conjunction with Shelley were deplorable. Particularly, the appraisal company used undervalued my home, could not explain why, were unprofessional in person and entirely missed the fact that I have solar panels during the appraisal.
