Shelly Tucker was great. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and she made herself available to answer any and all questions regarding my refinance. She walked me thru documents and websites that needed more information and signatures. However, there where times when I"d receive emails stating that documents hadn't been received or other members of the team had received them.
