Shelly is a top notch agent. In 13 months she helped us buy a home, then sell that home. She helped us find and buy a home in a different town, when we decided to relocate. She was always kind and outgoing. She found us the perfect home twice in little over a year. She sold our home in record breaking time. I would/ have recommended Shelly to all my friends and family. If I ever need to move again she would be my first call.

Shelly did a terrific job negotiating with the bank on a foreclosure deal. She was persistent and in constant contact with me and the bank and we were ultimately able to come to an agreed to settlement price on the property. I would highly recommend Shelly for any future business ventures.
I was really in a pinch to find my dad a nice managable home closer to me! Shelly was very prompt in responding to my many messages and very available to show us different properties.
