Food was okay but not as good as I remember. Serviced was very slow. We arrived at 6:45 PM and didn’t finish until after 8:30 PM.
When we first arrived at our table, our waitress announced that she was the only one covering the second level. THAT was a bit alarming to say the least! But shortly along came Kimberly who said she was there to help out. While we never saw the original waitress again, Kimberly did an outstanding job and probably saved our day!
Our server Vanessa was amazing. The food was delicious. There was a large party that was super loud and they were aware of it and moved us ahead of us asking.
Nice atmosphere
We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the harbor. It was a cool evening but the heaters kept us toasty. Great drinks, service and the food was excellent lowland prepared.

Our first time at Elsa which was recommended by a local. Somewhat disappointing and quite pricey. I ordered the “signature” scallop dish with citrus risotto . 4 scallops with a couple of bacon bits served on a very small strip of dry risotto( very small portion). Food was great. Had the fried calamari, crab cakes and shrimp and grits. Sea food was very fresh. Service was not that gray, the waiter was nice but it took a long time (about 10 min) before he came to the table with water. Several waiters and managers passed us and said nothing. We eventually got our food but it took too long for us to want to order dessert. Overall it was pretty good I’d recommend the place but the service wasn’t on point that night.
