The food was really good. Had the grouper and it was off the charts . My wife had the scallops, very good too. Our waitress was good, but she was handling a lot of tables.
We’ve eaten here numerous times when vacationing in Hilton Head. Always our favorite fine dining spot. Great atmosphere and views. Food and cocktails are delicious. Highly recommend.
Serene experience. Amazing food and beautiful views during the sun set. Watched all the boats glide by and the moon rise. One of our favorite spots on Hilton Head

We ate here for our anniversary and were very impressed. The food and service were excellent and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Would definitely eat here again on our next trip!
Seated upstairs indoor this time. The outdoor experience is 5stars. Completely different experience outdoors. Food is excellent no matter where you sit.
Visitors came from Texas. Oysters very small and $19 for half dozen.
Ela’s was fabulous. Our server, Ryan was so accommodating and personable and gave us 5 star service. The grouper was the best we ever had and my lobster was great. I would rate this as my favorite restaurant on the island. We will be back.
I have eaten at Ela's a number of times and really like the place, overall. Wish they could take things to the next level as far as the total experience goes. Food is always OK, and service is as well. Never great. Can't quite put my finger on the issues but I just don't think everyone is pulling the same direction, sometimes. People working there do not seem to be as happy working there as Celeste (sister establishment), for instance.
