Great food and location.
Lucky to get a last-minute reservation, and I'm sure glad there was availability. We tried three starters, and every one was delicious. Entrees were fresh, flavorful and portioned well. Will be going back.
Food was okay but not as good as I remember. Serviced was very slow. We arrived at 6:45 PM and didn’t finish until after 8:30 PM.
When we first arrived at our table, our waitress announced that she was the only one covering the second level. THAT was a bit alarming to say the least! But shortly along came Kimberly who said she was there to help out. While we never saw the original waitress again, Kimberly did an outstanding job and probably saved our day!
Our server Vanessa was amazing. The food was delicious. There was a large party that was super loud and they were aware of it and moved us ahead of us asking.
Nice atmosphere
We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the harbor. It was a cool evening but the heaters kept us toasty. Great drinks, service and the food was excellent lowland prepared.

Our first time at Elsa which was recommended by a local. Somewhat disappointing and quite pricey. I ordered the “signature” scallop dish with citrus risotto . 4 scallops with a couple of bacon bits served on a very small strip of dry risotto( very small portion).
