We really enjoyed the outdoor patio at Ela’s. Kim gave us great service, the food was excellent, and the view was beautiful.

Everything was just a notch better than good. The heaters in the ceiling outside made alfresco dining very enjoyable, even though there was no sunset view on the deck. But if that was the owner who greeted us and showed us to our table while having his shirt hanging halfway out of his pants, that might be the reason why this place was not excellent.
