I took my wife to dinner at Ela’s for Mother’s Day. The food was excellent as was the service. I was happy with both quantity and quality. Our server, Karen, did an outstanding job and was never very far away.
The atmosphere was very nice. The food was ok. I will give it another try and order something different.
Nice choices for brunch, where one can order what one wants for brunch instead of dealing with a buffet. Breakfast food is a little pricey, while wine and drinks are reasonable.
Ela’s water grill is right on shelter cove with beautiful views of the sound and marina. We had an early dinner around 5 and it was very quiet. This was our second time eating here in 5 years. The food was good. I don’t think it’s worth the money we paid. Over $250 for 4 people. Both filets ordered med rare and they came out medium well. Mother’s Day
40th anniversary
I have been going to ELA’S since they opened. I thought this visit was the best of all. The food was delicious. I had a caprese salad & tuna tartare. The wine selection was so good and reasonable priced I had a glass and took home a hard to find bottle with me. The service was great . I recommend ELA’S highly.
The restaurant is elegant and in the water. Very very good food and excellent customer service
This is consistently one of our favorite restaurants on Hilton Head. Excellent food, service, and ambiance.
