Requested table change which was granted. Server (she said her name which I forgot) very friendly and explained the menu. Answered all our questions. Food was delicious- Diver Sea Scallops and Short Ribs.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Already looking forward to being back year so we can visit ELAs again.
First time there - nice on the waterway location. Very busy, good service friendly staff Karen server very friendly and helpful- had crabcakes apps and a beet medley both Good- seared tuna and scallop crab risotto both good as well/ only note the food wasn’t super hot but not to point of re-firing . Would return the bar looks like good spot
This is our go to place when we want to show off the island to visitors. Great setting, great food, great wine list. Best of all are friendly staff who are competent and attentive. Some places on the island seem to be suffering from the labor shortage, but not the case here, the entire staff had their “A” game.
We try to dine at Ela’s whenever we’re at Hilton Head because the food, service, and ambiance are so amazingly perfect. It is absolutely the most elegant and romantic spot on the island. Very impressive restaurant! We have several favorite places at Hilton Head, and this is in our top 3. The best of the 3 restaurants we enjoyed on our brief trip to Hilton Head. Everything , top to bottom, was perfect.

We arrived a bit early and offered to sit at the bar until our table was ready,, but the hostess went out of her way to seat us at another table at a water view window. It was great. Our waiter, Andre, greeted us, brought water and menus and told us about the evening's specials. We both started with a glass of wine.
